Ghanaian international winger Antoine Semenyo is a finalist for the Premier League’s Transfer of the Season award, showcasing his impressive impact since joining Manchester City.
Semenyo arrived at City in January 2026 from Bournemouth, where he had already established himself as a standout performer with 10 goals and three assists across 20 appearances. His seamless transition to Manchester City only strengthened his reputation, delivering seven goals and one assist in 17 league matches. His consistency was particularly evident in February, when he found the net three times and set up another goal in just five games, earning him the EA SPORTS Player of the Month title for the first time.
His remarkable form places him among the top contenders for the prestigious award, competing against a star-studded list that includes João Pedro (Chelsea), Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal), Senne Lammens (Manchester United), Adrien Truffert (Bournemouth), Granit Xhaka (Sunderland), Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Leeds United), and Rayan Cherki (Manchester City).
