General Moubarak Abakar Nassour Hor visited the injured soldiers from Korbol, emphasizing the critical need for their swift transfer to N’Djamena for advanced medical treatment.
The commander of the Chad-Central African Republic (CAR) Joint Force, Brigadier General Moubarak Abakar Nassour Hor, recently extended his support to soldiers wounded in the Korbol department. On Sunday, May 10, 2026, General Hor visited the injured personnel at the Sarh Outel Bono provincial hospital. The primary objective of his visit was to assess the condition of the two soldiers who sustained injuries during an armed assault that occurred the previous Thursday in the Korbol area.
Among the casualties were Sergeant Allahguernganye Diro Martial, 36 years old, who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, and Corporal-Chief Djimet Issakah Dane, who sustained a fractured left leg from gunfire. Both servicemen received initial treatment at the provincial hospital in Sarh, but their injuries were deemed to require more specialized medical attention.
Following discussions with the medical team and hospital staff, General Moubarak Abakar Nassour Hor promptly requested the urgent evacuation of the soldiers to N’Djamena to ensure they received comprehensive and advanced medical care. Dr. Sayambaye Alladoumdjim, the Deputy Director of Sarh provincial hospital, commended the swift response of the defense and security forces in arranging the transfer of their comrades to N’Djamena for appropriate treatment. Hospital sources confirmed that the medical transfer of both soldiers was carried out as an emergency on the same day, with military authorities expressing optimism for their full recovery.
