The Chadian Prime Minister, Allamaye Halina, warmly welcomed Abdelkader Djellaoui, Algeria’s Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, in N’Djamena this past Thursday. During their meeting, the Chadian leader expressed deep appreciation for the vision and leadership of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, highlighting his pivotal role in advancing bilateral cooperation and fostering continental unity.
In a statement, the Chadian government underscored the significance of Algeria’s contributions to African development and solidarity, noting that President Tebboune’s efforts have been instrumental in strengthening ties between the two nations. The Prime Minister conveyed the warm regards of Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno to his Algerian counterpart, emphasizing the enduring historical bonds and shared values between their peoples and governments.
Allamaye Halina also extended fraternal greetings to Algeria’s Prime Minister, Sifi Ghrieb, reaffirming Chad’s commitment to deepening bilateral collaboration and expanding partnership opportunities. The two-day working visit concluded with a delegation from Algeria, led by Abed Hallouz, Director General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development, alongside the Algerian Ambassador to Chad, key officials from the Ministry of Public Works, and CEOs from Cosider Public Works and the National Public Works Company (Entp).
