Kenyan president praises Chad’s contributions to Africa Forward summit

During a bilateral meeting at the State House in Nairobi, Kenyan President William Ruto highlighted the strong ties between Kenya and Chad, emphasizing the pivotal role played by Chadian leader Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno in advancing international security and ensuring the success of the Africa Forward Summit.

The two leaders underscored the depth of their diplomatic relations, describing them as rooted in shared values, mutual respect, and African solidarity. In addition to diplomatic achievements, President Ruto commended Chad’s involvement in the United Nations-backed Multinational Security Support Mission in Haiti. He noted that Chad’s participation is a vital contribution to international efforts aimed at restoring peace, stability, and renewed hope in the Caribbean nation.
