Youssouf Mahamat Youssouf, president of Ouaddaï provincial council, passes away in Chad

Youssouf Mahamat Youssouf, a prominent figure in Chad’s administrative and political landscape, and president of the Ouaddaï provincial council, has died at the modern hospital of N’Djamena after a brief illness.

The respected leader, known for his dedication to public service, had led the provincial council for several years, playing a key role in regional governance and development initiatives.
