In a forthright response to the recent remarks made by Pastef’s leader concerning President Bassirou Diomaye Faye, Ass Abdourahmane Diouf did not hold back his strong disapproval of Ousmane Sonko.
“Oh, Sénégal! This is the consequence when a representative, ascending to the National Assembly’s leadership without a genuine grasp of parliamentary intricacies, finds himself confronted by the demands of the role. Procedures elude him, the very morality he champions ultimately stifles him due to an inability to embody it, while rigorous analysis vanishes under the weight of an alarming intellectual void.
Truth then gives way to excessive manipulation, fueling the fantasies of a revolution lacking true direction or cohesive leadership,” stated Ass Abdourahmane Diouf.
He concluded by reaffirming his steadfast commitment to the nation’s institutions: “The Republic! Nothing but the Republic!”
