Cameroon’s airport manager adc cleared for premium listing on bvmc

The Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC) has officially approved Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.), the entity managing Cameroon’s airports, for a premium class listing. This significant development emerged from a pivotal evaluation workshop held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Kribi.

The evaluation workshop, held in Kribi on June 24, 2026, brought together key stakeholders including members of ADC’s Board of Directors, the General Assembly, representatives from BVMAC, and the various brokerage firms actively assisting Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC S.A.) throughout its listing process.

The agenda for this crucial restitution and appropriation workshop also included participation from ADC SA directors and several sub-directors. Discussions centered on two main points: a detailed presentation of the stock market introduction process, delivered by Patrick Mbarga, Head of the Management Control Division; and a comprehensive assessment of the progress achieved, conducted by expert firms Deloitte and Touche, NYA and CO, and SDB EMERALD Securities Services Bourse S.A.

This initial phase of evaluation culminated with the intervention of the Director General of the Bourse des Valeurs et Immobilière d’Afrique centrale (BVMAC). The Director General expressed profound satisfaction with the advanced state of ADC SA’s preparation. At this juncture, it is confidently asserted that ADC SA is fully prepared for its introduction to the stock market, specifically within the prestigious premium class.
