A presidential decree dated June 2, 2026, formally welcomed Rolande Ngo Issi, PCRN Deputy representing Nyong and Kellé, into the Supreme Council of the Judiciary. This appointment marks the PCRN’s entry into key national decision-making alongside the ruling RDPC party.
Among other newly appointed members are former Public Service Minister Sali Dahirou, Wouri RDPC Deputy Soppo Toute Marlyse, former TCS Vice President Claude Francis Moukouri, Albert Ekono Nna, Engelbert Bengono, Mekoulou Cunégonde Christine épouse Ngotty, and Roger Sockeng.

Born January 9, 1981, in Yaoundé, Rolande Ngo Issi brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She serves as Deputy in the National Assembly, holds a seat in the Supreme Council of the Judiciary through presidential nomination, and holds key positions within the PCRN party structure, including Deputy Secretary General at the national level and Secretary General for the party’s Central region delegation.
Since April 2016, she has led the National Movement of Consumers (MNC) as its president. Her academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Yaoundé I – Nkoa Ekele, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Yaoundé II – Soa, and a diploma from the ENS (École Normale Supérieure).
Before her political career, Ngo Issi worked as a personal development coach and taught in rural schools for 11 years.

In recent parliamentary debates, she highlighted critical national challenges, questioning the feasibility of import substitution policies without reliable electricity, internet connectivity, fair taxation, and a just judicial system.
