Cameroonian President Paul Biya addresses a letter of congratulations to his Malagasy counterpart, Michaël Randrianirina, on the occasion of Madagascar’s National Day.

The Cameroonian Head of State conveyed heartfelt wishes for harmony and prosperity to the people of Madagascar.

“Mr. President and dear brother, it is my pleasure to extend to you, on the occasion of the celebration of your country’s National Day on June 26, my sincere and warm congratulations. I join these with my wishes for concord and prosperity for the Malagasy people,” President Paul Biya wrote in his message.
