The headquarters of the African Capitals of Culture (CAC) were officially inaugurated on Thursday in Rabat, Morocco. The ceremony brought together prominent figures from the cultural and diplomatic spheres, marking a significant milestone for the pan-African cultural initiative.
This permanent seat will serve as a coordinating hub for the network of cities selected as African Capitals of Culture, a programme that highlights the continent’s diverse heritage and promotes cultural exchange. The event underscores Morocco’s growing role as a platform for African cultural diplomacy.
