Diplomacy took center stage in Cotonou today as the Head of State welcomed thirteen new diplomatic representatives, each poised to begin their assignments in the Republic of Bénin. During these receptions, each ambassador formally presented their letters of credence, the official document from their respective nations accrediting them to the Béninese President.
