A significant judicial development has emerged concerning the case involving Succès Masra. The Judicial Chamber of the Chadian Supreme Court has officially scheduled the matter for review during its public ordinary hearing of the 2nd Criminal Section, set for Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9 AM.

An official document, bearing the signature of M. Samir Adam Annour, President of the section, and dated May 19, 2026, in N’Djamena, confirms the details. The case, identified as n°092/25, pits Succès Masra and the individuals accused in the Mandakao affair, represented by a collective of defense lawyers including Me Kadjilem-baye Francis, against the Public Prosecutor and the Chadian State, which is represented by the State Judicial Agency (AJE).

The upcoming session will focus on an appeal in cassation. This appeal challenges criminal judgment n°018/25, which was previously rendered by the N’Djamena Court of Appeal on August 9, 2025. Magistrate Amadou Oumarou has been designated as the rapporteur for this crucial dossier.
